The Last Market

Today is the last market of the year. I've been mixing and baking all week in preparation, and nearly everything (except an entire batch of Mountain Rye with gaping top crusts) came out beautifully. It's been a long week, and a good one. I hope these loaves and pastries will make the last weeks of your year a little sweeter.
